John Fraser – Founder and Chief Executive Officer
John is the visionary leader and health IT expert who founded ApeniMED. In 2000, John co-founded VisionShare, Inc., a leader in providing Internet-based connectivity to access Medicare payment information. Currently John is also co-chair of Kantara Health Care Work Group, an international consortium focused on identity assurance across multiple industries. John is a nationally known figure in HIT and has broad experience in healthcare community building, security, networking and communications. He holds a BS from the University of Minnesota.

Dan Bryant – President
Dan serves as President and oversees the business strategy and day-to-day operations of the Company. Dan is a strategic business leader with over fifteen years of international business development, finance, IT, IP and M&A law experience. Dan has provided legal and business counsel to hundreds of technology companies as an outside lawyer and lead business activities within Fortune 50 companies creating successful new ventures. Dan was responsible for creating and leading the development of a $100 million dollar international finance program at GMAC ResCap which he successfully sold to Lehman Brothers. Dan holds a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University, a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Humanities from the University of Minnesota.

Connie Bush – CFO and COO
Connie serves and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Connie has spent twenty years in numerous leadership positions within the financial services industry and has specialized in developing and implementing strategic plans. Most recently Connie was responsible for operationalizing a $100M international lending start-up division at GMAC ResCap. Connie is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BA in Business Administration from Hamline University with a concentration in accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Seonho Kim – Chief Architect
Seonho serves as Chief Architect and is a PhD candidate (Grid computing with a focus on scalability and reliability) in computer science at the University of Minnesota. Seonho is responsible for designing and developing a Health Grid Infrastructure based on state-of-the-art security and distributed system technologies that utilize Web technologies, Grid computing and Medical computing. Seonho specializes in designing distributed systems, patient security and privacy, federated identity management and compliance with interoperability standards including HITSP, IHE and NHIN. Seonho actively participates on the NHIN Specifications committee and leads several NHIN development projects. He also is a leading expert in Health Information Technology at both the state and federal levels.
